The Romanian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 1,000 on Blackcab Systems SRL. A individual lodged a complaint with the DPA, alleging that the controller had failed to properly respond to their request for access regarding their personal data. During its investigation, the DPA found that the controller had not been able to prove that they had properly addressed the data subject's request.
