The Romanian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 1,000 on Rețele Electrice Dobrogea SA. A user who logged into their account was able to access the personal data of other customers. During its investigation, the DPA found that the controller had failed to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
