The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 2,000 on FUNDACION ESPANOLA DE MEDICINA ESTETICA Y LONGEVIDAD. The DPA criticized that the data protection notice of the controller did not comply with the requirements of the GDPR. Thus, the information required under Art. 13 GDPR was not sufficiently provided.
