The Romanian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 3,000 on TECHNINK LEB SRL. The controller had suffered a data breach in which personal customer data had been unlawfully disclosed. During its investigation, the DPA found that the controller had failed to take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
