The Spanish DPA (AEPD) has fined CALDERERIA Y SOLDADURA DE ESTRUCTURAS METALICAS, S.L. EUR 5,000 for unlawfully processing an individual's data. Previously, CYNGASA, S.L. had disclosed the data to the controller without the consent of the data subject.
