The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on WWPD CINVENTO INTERNATIONAL PATENT TRADING, S.L.. The controller had sent postal advertising to a private individual without their consent by misusing their data from a property register to do so. The original fine of EUR 500 was reduced to EUR 300 due to immediate payment and admission of responsibility.
