The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on GUUDJOB WORLDWIDE S.L.. An individual filed a complaint with the DPA claiming that the controller had not complied with their request to delete their personal data. The individual had posted a review on the controller's website. After seeing that their name had been published, they asked for their data to be deleted.
