The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on PELAYO, MUTUA DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS A PRIMA FIJA. An individual had filed a complaint with the DPA because the controller had disclosed their personal data to unauthorized third parties due to an internal error.
