The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on CBHNOS S.L.. The controller had installed video surveillance cameras which, among other things, also covered a public road. The DPA considered this to be a violation of the principle of data minimization. The original fine of EUR 500 was reduced to EUR 300 due to voluntary payment and admission of responsibility.
