The Hellenic DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 5,000 on the company PREMIUMMEDIA ΠΑΡΑΓΩΓΗ ΟΠΤΙΚΟ-ΑΚΟΥΣΤΙΚΩΝ ΕΡΓΩΝ ΙΔΙΩΤΙΚΗ ΚΕΦΑΛΑΙΟΥΧΙΚΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΙΑ. An individual had attempted to unsubscribe from the company's newsletter mailing list, but failed to do so.
