The Romanian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 2,000 on DELIVERY SOLUTIONS S.A. A security incident led to the unauthorized disclosure of personal data (name, address, telephone number, email address) caused by the misuse of valid access data. During its investigation, the DPA found that the controller had failed to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
