The Spanish DPA imposed a fine on FUNDACIÓ PRIVADA DE SERVEIS PER ALS USUARIS DEL HABITATGE SOCIAL DE CATALUNYA. The controller processed personal data without a sufficient legal basis, resulting in an incorrect bank transaction at the expense of the data subject.
