The controller operates a website that provides information on internships offered by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Sports. In addition, the results of various competitions held by the Ministry are published on the site. The controller had compiled and published the data of the participants from publicly available sources without first obtaining the consent of the data subjects. Likewise, the controller had not fulfilled its information obligations to them in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR and Art. 14 GDPR.
