The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on a SERVICIOS INTEGRALES DEL HOGAR TENERIFE, S.L.. A former employee had filed a complaint with the DPA due to the controller's unauthorized disclosure of their personal data via Whatsapp after they left the company.
