The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 5,000 on RODALI GESTIÓN INMOBILIARIA, S.L.. An individual had filed a complaint with the DPA due to the fact that the controller had not informed them about the processing of their personal data in the context of an apartment acquisition.
