The Spanish DPA (AEPD) has fined ASOCIACIÓN ESPAÑOLA PARA LA ENSEÑANZA ONLINE in the amount of EUR 5,000. A data subject had indicated that he had objected to further newsletter subscription and had requested the controller to delete all of his data.
