FreeDPOTool is free, open-source software. Use it however you want. We provide it 'as-is' with no guarantees. You're responsible for your own compliance. If you sue us, you'll spend more on lawyers than FreeDPOTool would ever cost (because it's free). Let's all be reasonable humans.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Official guidance from regulatory authorities

6. Modifications and Customization

7. Termination

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania. However, the GPL-3.0 license terms are governed by international copyright law.
